📍 Where We Ship

We currently ship across the United Kingdom (including Northern Ireland). Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.


🚚 Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail Tracked services to ensure your order arrives safely and promptly:

  • Tracked 24: Next working day delivery after dispatch

  • Tracked 48: Delivery within 2 working days after dispatch

All parcels are fully tracked and include delivery confirmation.


📅 Order Processing Times

  • Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase.

  • During busy periods (e.g. holidays), dispatch may take up to 5 working days.

  • You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.


🎁 Packaging

All fudge is freshly sliced to order and securely packed for freshness. Gift boxes are hand-wrapped and prepared with care.


🚨 Delays & Issues

Royal Mail delays can occur during peak times or due to weather/disruptions. If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 working days after dispatch, please contact us at pennylanefudge@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.


📦 Delivery Address Responsibility

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delivery issues due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
